I remember weighing myself when I was in Taiwan last December. At the time I  was around 78kg. Now I’m 73kg. 5kg in 4 months. I guess being sick and eating bread at lunch has it’s perks.

Apart from that I’m actually quite happy with my BP. It’s a bit high but a lot lower than my previous readings.

Lets see if I can drop more. After all, my target for this year is 65kg
